Once the application package is complete, send it to the Global Learning Services, Calgary Board of Education.

Once the student’s application has been accepted, you will be notified by email to pay tuition and health insurance fees. If you have not been notified of acceptance within two to three weeks, please contact the Global Learning Services at internationalstudents@cbe.ab.ca. The letter of acceptance will be issued when fees are paid in full.

	$250 Application Fee
	$400 Homestay Placement Fee if applicable
	Transcripts for previous two school years (translated into English)
	Letter of recommendation from current teacher or principal
	Copy of passport (picture page) if available
	Custodianship Form from Parents Appointing Local Custodian (this document must be signed and notarized by parents in the home country)
	Custodianship Form from Custodian Accepting Responsibility for Student (this document must be signed and notarized by the custodian in Calgary)
	Homestay Application Form and Placement Fee if applicable
