All international students are required to have health insurance for the duration of their studies and the Global Learning Services will make these arrangements on your behalf.

Please note: An international student that visits the doctor must be prepared to pay fees at the time of the visit and then apply to have the fees reimbursed by the health insurance company.

• Custodian Form from Parents Appointing Local Custodian (this document must be signed and notarized by parents in the home country)
• Custodian Form from Custodian Accepting Responsibility for Student (this document must be signed and notarized by the custodian in Calgary)
