Important

Space is limited in our schools and we cannot guarantee placement to all applicants.  Please check with us before submitting an application as the application fee is non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

Before submitting an online application, you need to have the following documents ready to be uploaded:

  • School/academic records from the past two years translated into English (copies must have a school stamp) with a grade scale
  • Letter of recommendation from the current teacher or principal translated into English
  • Student Essay (junior and senior high school students only)
    • This is a student writing sample where students can tell us about themselves, why they want to study abroad, and include anything else they would like us to know about their application
  • Copy of valid passport (picture page)
  • Custodianship documents

How to Apply

Step 1

If you are interested in applying to our program, please contact us at internationalstudents@cbe.ab.ca and we will provide you with more information.

Step 2

Once your online application is submitted, arrange for payment of application fee as per instructions provided when you submit the application.

Step 3

Once application fee and complete application package are received by Global Learning, it will be evaluated.

Your online account will be the place where you:

  • Communicate with and receive communications from Global Learning about the application
  • Access all documentation:  invoices, receipts, letter of acceptance, and health insurance policy information

Step 4

Notification of the decision will occur within two weeks of receipt of a full application package (please note a virtual interview may be requested before acceptance).

For accepted applicants, an invoice will be uploaded to your online account for payment of full tuition, health insurance, and other applicable fees.

The Letter of Acceptance will be uploaded to your account once all fees have been received in full.
